Pressure vessels have their own use characteristics, coupled with the unique chemical process of internal media, it is necessary to install matching safety accessories, so as to ensure the safe use of pressure vessels and the normal process of the process. In order to ensure the safe operation of pressure vessels, some safety devices are often installed on the equipment, such as safety valves, pressure gauges, temperature measuring instruments, liquid level gauges, emergency cut-off devices, bursting disc devices, etc. According to the performance and purpose of use, commonly used safety accessories can be divided into 4 types, namely pressure relief device, metering device, alarm device and interlocking device. When the pressure is lower than the specified value, the safety valve will automatically close, thus avoiding the loss of medium in the equipment. Safety valves are widely used in pressure vessels, pressure pipelines and boilers, and belong to the category of automatic valves. Usually, the body of the container is a suitable installation position for the safety valve. When liquefied gas is installed on the gas phase, the safety issue of discharge cannot be ignored.
